That’s why nursing home workers across Florida are coming together to fight for better wages and a voice at work. 1199SEIU is the most effective union for nursing home workers in Florida and throughout the country. In hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and homecare programs, we advocate for the dignity of all workers and of those in our care. For healthcare and homecare workers, respect means providing quality care to our patients — every day. It also means fighting to ensure workers receive fair pay and good benefits. By joining our union, workers at 19 Consulate facilities have negotiated higher wages, job security, and a say in resident care.
